Description

Rashov is prepared using jameed (dried milk), which is dissolved in water and boiled lentils are added to it. Cook this mixture until its thick and serve with bread cuts.

يُحضر الراشوف باستخدام الجميد (اللبن المجفف)، الذي يُذاب في الماء ويُضاف إليه العدس المسلوق. يُطهى هذا الخليط حتى يصبح قوامه سميكًا ويُقدّم مع قطع الخبز.
